Meditation may provide personal development for those in high-powered careers

Today's workplace demands much of its employees, and even more of its supervisors. Positions with a lot of power often are accompanied by copious amounts of stress, suggesting that these professionals may be in need of some holistic relief.

Studies have shown time and again that meditation has the power to strengthen brain potential and bring a sense of calm about its practitioners.

Lee says that when all individuals take the opportunity to empower their brains, it may lead to a more peaceful universe.
