Ilchi Lee on confident voice

I saw an article about Ilchi Lee on confidence. Somebody asked a question to Ilchi Lee on confidence. She wants to speak in a confident voice, but apparently, he or she was having a problem. She wants to learn how to speak with a strong, powerful and confident voice. She wanted to know if Dahn Yoga practice and breath work would be helpful. Ilchi Lee answers to this question.

Anyone can have a strong, powerful and confident voice. It is not a matter of loud voice or deep voice. Yes, some people are born with a good voice, and others don’t. It is very natural. However, the question sounded like more about the voice from inside. That is, cultivating a voice that comes from deep inside you, from your center. At first, you should learn to develop a healthy energy condition, which is the “water up, fire down” status. Secondly, you should focus on your body, the energy center in you lower abdomen. Energy should be gathered and concentrated in your lower abdomen than in your head.

Also you should develop confidence in you. Certain conditions like stress or disease can cause our energy flow blocked or even reversed. If you energy and focus are concentrated in your head, your voice and your breath may not go deeper than your throat.

Ki Energy, the Bridge Linking the Body and Mind

Brain Respiration includes a method of conscious breathing for the accumulation of life energy to create a Power Brain. Therefore, a basic prerequisite for Brain Respiration by Ilchi Lee is the ability to sense and use Ki, or life energy.

Ki is the bridge linking the body and mind. Ki is the essence of life, moving and flowing freely. When Ki coalesces with enough density, it is transformed into a form of energy that we can see and touch. The continuous joining together and drifting apart of Ki energy comprises the rhythm of the phenomenon of life. Everything in existence undergoes constant change. The things that surround us, and even our selves are temporary- manifestations of Ki energy.

Although we are immersed in this grand flow of energy- every moment of our lives, we are unable to sense its currents unless our senses are properly attuned. However, we can awaken our innate ability to sense the slight, but pervasive vibrations that define our existence. Our exclusive dependence on rational thought and language has obscured our natural ability to sense the flow of energy. It is up to us to reawaken it.

By opening blockages in the energy pathways and reawakening our innate ability to sense energy flow, we can recover our health and natural balance. When you develop sensitivity to Ki and appreciation for the Ki energy within you, you will be able to utilize your body’s potential more fully. Furthermore, you will be able to utilize the information that is transmitted through energy pathways, for spiritual communication occurs through energy exchange.

Ilchi Lee brain olympiad

Ilchi Lee mentions unifying body and mind. The human organ that unites material world and spiritual world is the brain. When hope meets hope, a miracle will happen. We need show how we have changed to people. And then, people will recognize that we have changed. Only the brain is the answer. Social life itself is not enough. We need spiritual life. We call spiritual life with Brain Wave Vibration. When all of us are one, nothing is impossible. If you have a dream, if you really want to pursue spiritual life, you should focus on it and you have the mindset that you can risk anything to achieve the dream. The dream and vision should be beneficial to humanity.

Brain Wave Vibration is a great practice tool to be awake and recover pure mind again. We should be hope and power to people we love. For the opening ceremony of the Brain HSP Olympiad that IBREA founded by Ilchi Lee hosted, around 500 people came to the United Nation.

In the event, four categories of small events took place. They are HSP Brain Window, HSP Gym, HSP Speed Brain and HSP Sensory Perception. At the Brain Education Conference, a congratulatory message was given by Dr. Hanifa Mezoui, Chief of the NGO Section of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

Foundation of Desire

Make a list of everything you currently desire in your life, from tangible objects to nuances of change in your current relationships. Narrow these things down to the emotions that underlie the Ilchi L desires. Consider ways you could achieve these same things in ways other than those you are currently pursuing.

New

Emotions are the stuff of life. Without them, what would life be? It is hard to imagine life without laughter, excitement, tears, or pain. It would hardly be living at all. When you look closely, it is clear that most of the decisions we make in life are ultimately made for emotional reasons. We want good relationships to feel loved, success to feel respected, and money to feel secure with Dahn Hak.

But what happens when emotions lead you to make decisions that you regret? And what if some negative emotional memory so entraps you that you no longer fully enjoy your life? Realizing that emotions all come from the brain, and that your brain is yours to use as you wish, is the lesson of the next step.

The Architect of Happiness

Imagine that your life is a giant mansion with many rooms. Each room represents some aspect of your life—your job, your relationships, D Lee hobbies, and so forth. How does your life-mansion look from the outside? How does each room look? In what condition are the decorations and furnishings? If you want, draw your house on a large piece of paper.

Now, think about how you would like to remodel your house. Imagine the perfect house, representing your perfect life, clearly in your mind.

Its all about Ilchi Lee.

Redefine Creativity

Ilchi Lee helpful advice on Dahn Hak

First of all, everyone is a creative person. Sometimes we give only musicians, actors, and other artistic types credit for being creative. This is very unfortunate because creativity is a gift given to every human being, not just a talented few. In actuality, you are creating all the time, whether you are aware of it or not.

It is wonderful to create beautiful paintings or inspiring poems, but true creativity is about creating something far more important than these. The most important thing you create is your life itself. It is critical that you empower yourself to create the life you want. Many people ignore their own creative genius in this regard and turn over the creation of their lives to others. Instead of deliberately creating the life they would like to live, they simply follow the expectations of society, family, or some other influence.

You should ask yourself, “What do I really want?” Once you have found an honest and sincere answer to that question, you can start creating your life accordingly. Don’t believe anyone who says you are not good enough or do not deserve the life you want. There may be many obstacles to overcome, but with diligence you can create anything. This, I think, is the true meaning of creativity.

Break Your Habits

Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do.” In other words, we are our habits. In the case of good habits, this is not a problem. These things continually work in our favor, helping us to live better, more fulfilling lives. But when it comes to bad habits, this is not so great. These can take the form of addictive emotional patterns that disrupt our relationships or poor nutritional habits that undermine our physical health. If you look at your habits very closely, you will see that most of the problems in your life are clearly related to some habit or another.

While studying about Dahn Yoga viewed from the perspective of the brain, habits are the product of well-established brain connections. When you first do something you would consider a bad habit, let’s say biting your fingernails, it is not yet a habit. But for some reason, you feel compelled to repeat this behavior many times. Maybe the nai -biting helps release some nervous tension or staves off your boredom for a while. Whatever the reason, you return to the behavior again and again, with increasing frequency, until you develop a full-blown habit. Every time you return to the action, brain connections are reinforced and solidified, making the behavior very comfortable and automatic for your brain to process. This hardwiring combined with sensations of pleasure result in a newborn habit.

The good news is that the brain’s amazing neuroplas-tic ability will allow you to break bad habits and replace them with a more constructive behavior pattern.

Step Out of Your Comfort Zone Part I

Doctor Lee writes in his book that humans tend to be lazy. They like to do what is easiest. Sadly, though, this is the worst possible thing for the brain.

Let’s say you are a college student who gets to choose an elective every semester. Also imagine that you are great in humanities but rotten at math. Which are you going to choose? If you are like most people, you will add an extra humanities course to your schedule.

Dahn Hak is best because the humanities course will indeed take less energy than a math course. Not only will you have to study fewer hours, but your brain will not have to exert extra energy to grow the brain connections that make advanced mathematical reasoning possible.
