Ilchi Lee started Dahn Yoga as a simple idea to help more people live healthier lives.
He first started offering classes to individuals in a park in South Korea. During this time, he taught the basics of how to use meditation to gain a better understanding of power of the life energy that surrounds us all. Out of this, Ilchi Lee developed the basics of what would become Dahn Yoga.

As interest in the technique grew, the practice spread throughout South Korea and eventually migrated to the U.S. Through the practice of Dahn Yoga, individuals can cultivate life skills which allows them to refocus their energy and live a more balanced life.

Dahn Yoga is a unique style of yoga that combines practices from the rich history of an ancient Asian mind-body practice called Sun Do and the wisdom of the Chun Bu Kyung, a 9,000 year old text.
